The company Končar - Metalne konstrukcije is the producer of very demanding, heavy, dynamic stressed structures.

We deliver this type of structures to the producers of generators and to the producers of machinery, civil engineering and transport machines and equipment.

The organization of the production process and the handling of material assure fully traceability and experienced engineers, certified welders and inspectors assure the high quality level of welding.

The welding procedures MAW, MAG and SAW are certified for the structural steel up to the thickness of 250 mm.

On request, we can perform the heat treatment in a furnace with a numerically controlled process after the welding procedure has been completed.

Dimensions of furnace are 7,5 m x 6,5 m x 3 m.

We use our own equipment for the testing of the welding quality by means of magnetic particle flux, ultra sound and penetrant fluid test methods.
